[MPlayer-users] requested bitrate is to low

Hi!

I'm doind simple 2pass encoding:

mencoder TRAILER\ Euforia\ w\ H2O\ .wmv -ovc lavc -lavcopts
vcodec=mpeg4:vbitrate=1000:vpass=1:v4mv:lumi_mask=0.13:dark_mask=0.16:naq:mpeg_quant:vqscale=2
-oac mp3lame -lameopts vbr=3:br=128 -o movie.avi


It goes well, but the second pass gives me that:
