BUG REPORT

Sound on 44.1 khz files (mp3 or video) is bad
(scratched).
if i resample 44.1 files to 46, it's ok.
22khz; 46khz, 48khz, etc files play nice.

NOTE: I always make a checkinstall, so i have lots of
0.9 pre (CVS) RPMS and one older
(CVS-020807-21:51-3.0.4) that i compiled for
mandrake 8.2, but works on mandrake 9.

I tested this with lots of files. here is the output
of an mp3 file:

Bad sound with last weekend cvs - the file is "auto"

good sound with my old cvs rpm compiled for mandrake

with this old cvs, even if i resample the file to
44191, it plays nice!

so, this test let me think that there is a bug in the
resampler code... any file resampled to 44191hz play
with "scherehrhrhehrhrehrhe" background sound...

i hope that this info helps for anything!
