[MPlayer-users] Time Details on Encoded File

Hi,
   I've succesfully used mencoder to record an AV feed from my webcam
using the v4l drivers, that worked great. One thing I'd like to be able
to do is have numbers on the bottom either showing the current playing
time, or even better, the actual time. Thinking about it, perhaps this
could be done using a subtitle file? Any suggestions?
