	Hi Nick,

	sorry it took me so long to answer. I am not subscribed
	to any mplayer lists atm... (shame on me) so you may
	want to CC me directly.

	I applied the two patches you send to the mplayerxp-cvs.
	
	The first patch 'shift_fix.diff' does not help for me. 
	Display remains entirely pink. 

	The second patch 'ckey_fix.diff' does help. Display
	is perfect.

	VIDIX posts the following when started for playback:

	Radeon_vid: Found chip: Radeon RV200 QW [Radeon 7500]
	Radeon_vid: Video memory = 64Mb
	Radeon_vid: Set write-combining type of video memory
	Radeon_vid: DVI port has STV monitor connected
	Radeon_vid: CRT port has CRT monitor connected

	The card is an ATI All in Wonder 7500. I am using 
	gatos xfree 4.2 drivers from CVS.
