Just too few error checks... tv.c didn't check for the return value of 
control(SET_NORM) and control(SET_NORM) didn't account for the cards 
which have a tuner but cannot set the norm. And in this case, fps value 
was left uninitialized (i.e. zero). Then "something/fps" yielded fpu 
error. I only don't know why it appeared first when I migrated to 
integer calculations in tvi_v4l.c, where possible.
