Drop the -aspect 16:9 command and change aspect=16.0/9.0 to
aspect=16/9.  It doesn't seem to like the .0.

I always use the embedded aspect=16/9 command for anamorphic stuff now. 
You should note though that Windows users don't automatically get the
playback aspect ratio adjusted yet.  Only Mplayer currently does it.
