[MPlayer-users] unsing mplayer with a web cam for streaming

Hello to everybody !!
I'm new in this mailing list.

I had an idea to use mplayer with tv input to get images from a
webcamera and then send them to a http server to publish that page on
the web.
My idea is to save the output with the option -vo jpeg and put that
image on the web page with a cgi-script.
My only problem is that mplayer saves different images, one per frame.
Maybe is it possible to save every frames on the same jpeg image (or
png) ?
Or someone of you have a different idea to do that ?
