[MPlayer-users] TVOut with Hollywood Plus Card

I compiled Mplayer (0.9rc2) with dirvers (em8300-0.13.0.tar.gz) for the
Hollywood Plus MPEG-2 decomp card, using information found in
http://dxr3.sourceforge.net/about.html

I play my mpeg4 movies ( -vop scale=512:288 -ovc lavc -lavcopts
codec=mpeg4:vhq:vbitrate=1200:keyint=300).
The output picture on the TV is very stable, and colour are fine. The sound
working too.
I feel this is the best way to get TVOut.

Now, I'am planing to add many Hollywood Plus card on my PC (4 PCI card), and
make some try.


Did someone already try somrting like this ?
I am affraid that 4 card playing mpeg4 movies will require too much cpu. May be
I should try MPEG-2, and use the decompression hardware of the board ?
