[MPlayer-users] Problem..

When I try to view certain avi files this occurs:

- MPlayer crashed. This shouldn't happen. It can be a bug in the MPlayer 
code _or_ in your drivers _or_ in your gcc version. If you think it's 
MPlayer's fault, please read DOCS/bugreports.html and follow instructions 
there. We can't and won't help unless you provide these informations when 
reporting a possible bug.
mplayer: vd_ffmpeg.c:470: release_buffer: Assertion `pic->type == 2' failed.


MPlayer interrupted by signal 6 in module: uninit_vcodec

I am running mplayer off the latest cvs, and did not have this problem 
before I ran a cvs update today.

OS :: Debian GNU/Linux UNSTABLE/SID
KERNEL :: (Self-Compiled) Linux 2.4.20
CPU :: INTEL P4 @ 2.26GHZ
RAM :: 1 GiB

Any assistance is appreciated.
