Gotcha.  Not sure if this is a bug, or just because of the way the -alang and
-slang get their info.  When playing back from a stream, you have to use -aid
and -sid, -alang and -slang dont work.  Also, if you run mplayer -v, it doesnt
show the subtitle streams in the dumpstream file.  The subtitle font is
rendered in black when playing from a dumpstream file instead of the DVD as
well.  Very odd.
