In the mail header you have such a thing : 
List-Unsubscribe: <http://mplayerhq.hu/mailman/listinfo/mplayer-users>,
        <mailto:mplayer-users-request at mplayerhq.hu?subject=unsubscribe>

And that's the answer to your question.
How did you subscribe ? You found a way for it, right ? so howcome you
should ask someone to unsubscribe ? :)
