[MPlayer-users] Video/Audio Synchronization

I have played the video "Meatloaf -- I Would Do Anything For Love (But I 
Won't Do That)" and have noticed severe discrepancy's in the synchronization 
of the audio/video streams -- up to over one second lag between video and 
audio.

Has anyone else on this list noticed any problems with audio-video sync.?  
Perhaps I need to add certain options when I invoke MPlayer?
