[MPlayer-users] decoding and showing a PART of movie

Hi !
First of all, I thank you.
Thanks to all developing team of MPlayer.

I could normally watch _almost_ all movie.

But...
But there are some _stupid_ guys(Digital Force, for example),
who encode movies.
They encode movies WITH BLACK STRIPES !!!
Movie with real size 640x360(or 224 or something)
is encoded as 640x480 !!!
I have k6-2+-550, S3 Virge 2MB
And I must run mplayer -framedrop -vo x11, to watch this.

Is it way to decode and show only PART of movie ?
