I am having issues enconding an MPEG to Divx avi.   It encodes and I get
sound but no video  only a green screen.  This is the output Im
getting.  could you give me an idea if this is user error or what?

This is the command I am entering

mencoder overcoat.mpg -x 320 -y 240 -sws 2 -ovc divx4 -divx4opts br=200
-lameopts br=56:cbr:mode=3  -ofps 15 -o output.avi

Let me know if there is something I am missing.  I checked the codecs that
werent supported/not working and didnt see this one in there unless its
under another name.
