[MPlayer-users] cannot play vorbis file

I try to play a divx-avi-file that was encoded with oggvorbis-audio somehow. 
The encoder says this file actually is a *.ogg that was just renamed to *.avi 
to make it better readable by WMP. 
I compiled the mplayer with --enable-vorbis but it still fails to play.
The header of the file is like this:

Do you have any idea how to play this? I am sure the file is correct and 
*should* work under windows with the codec.exe for ogg installed.
