Yes, but only a link. Think of a DAU who doesnt know anything
about DVD. Now he gets this errormsg. What does he do ?
Even if he read all the documentation he wont know
what it could be, as he never heard about rc1 and rc2.
So, he'll end up writing a mail to this list.

I thought of something like this:

Q: I have libdvdcss compiled in, but i still get the erromsg blahblahblah
A: Check if you use the -dvd option and whether the rc2 code setting
of your DVD player matches the regio code of the DVD.
