It should work everywhere where worked X11-3.3.x.
I.e. - linux, Lynx, *bsd*, and non *nix: OS/2, Win9x
For full list of supported OSes see libdha.h
CPUS: x86, sparc, alpha, ppc.
I'll try to port this stuff from X11-4.1.99.5+ at least.
