[MPlayer-users] Anyone Got The Playlist Actually Working ?

Congratulations on a fine player that has finally allowed me to dump windows
!!
(Must give VCR and MainActor some credits for allowing me to replace
VirtualDub too.)
During this time I have been trying to use the playlist so I can set up a
whole lot of Music Videos
and watch them one-after-the-other on a 29” TV.
The problem so far (on each version, CVS too) is that the playlist wont
advance to the next song.
Using GUI and clicking ‘Next, wont work either – Mplayer just plays the
first file again.
I have put the correct path to each file on a separate line, as docs specify
but still no luck.
Has anyone else got this working? Or is it a known to-do?
Will it work if mplayer is started from command line without gui?
Any help much appreciated
