[MPlayer-users] recommendations for tvout?

Hi,
 i want to view files on a PAL TV with mplayer. Can you give me some
 hints what cards do the best job? I guess overscanning is a point.
 Right now i am using a Voodoo3 and that card just sucks.
 I also thought of a DXR3 card, but as I only have a Duron600, encoding
 to mpeg would eat up too much CPU, i guess. 

 Hmm, any hints and recommendations apreciated
