Not too bad idea ;-) Maybe Makefile should check (on make install) if eg
defaultskin and defaultfont directory exists (would be true for all-in-one
packages) and then install them otherwise simply ignore. The Makefile
changes are easy to do (I can do it if nobody interests) so we should decide
which directory is for storing default skin and which directory for default
font in all-in-one packages. Of course it's for releases only CVS should not
contain skin and/or font ;-)
