This is actually natively supported in the em8300 (dxr3/h+) and yields
very smooth playback with mplayer. But for some reason which I haven't
figured out yet sync starts to slowly drift when using flag 0x100, so I
have disabled this feature until I can figure out why it won't sync
properly =(.
