All of MPlayer except this file.  If you compile with
--disable-divx4linux and --disable-mencoder and slightly edit the
Makefile to not compile divx4_vbr.c, you can safely remove this file.

BTW, volunteers to reimplement this file from scratch and end the
license issue for good are welcome :-)
