I don't remember at this moment, but adding -oac m3lame without -mameopts,
I found it uses 32kbits vbr.

Today I was trying decressing the size of the image to 400x300, decressing
frame rate, and incressing keyframe spacing, but using 600kbits...

I think when tehre is a very fast changing of the image like minute 11:30 of
Harry Potter picture, the only way to mantain the quality is placing
nearly allkeyframes because it is nearly all frames different: the cam moves like an
earthquake, and there miles of letters flying in the air. But in the rest
of thepicture, keyframes can be each 300 or 600 frames and it looks perfect with
low bitrates.
