tried x11, xv, sdl,   with ffmpeg(cvs), odivx, divx, divxds 
Nothing seems to correct that sync problem (speech is like 5 or 10
seconds too early)

Yes, slower audio is fixed when i resample to 44100 
I also tried with, and without -aop, to see if sync was changed, but no.

If you really think there's no problem with this one, i'll upload you
some other files that are just in the same case
