Ignore it. This is because MPlayer is capable of using RTC [Real Time Clock]
for timing instead of software controlled usleep() method. However access to
RTC needs root privileges, so as user MPlayer can't do this, and
automatically falls back to usleep() method, so no problem (access to
/dev/rtc of course depends on the access rights of device entry /dev/rtc,
also you should compile RTC driver support into your kernel, also setting
interrupt rate higher than - by default - 64Hz needs root privileges EVEN if
you CAN access /dev/rtc). But again: no problem, mplayer will fall back to
use usleep() timing in case of failing using RTC driver ...

just browse documentation.html, search for word RTC, and you can read it.
Wow! Some seconds to find it ... Guys, PLEASE spend at least SOME seconds
to browse documentation for answer before you ask it on the mailing list ...
As you can inmagine documentation is written FOR YOU!!!! Not for us ...
