Hi I have problem with mencoder. When i play file with mplayer is all O.K. 
but, when I want encode the same file with mencoder i get this erorr :

Reading /usr/local/share/mplayer/codecs.conf: parse error at line 6
(copy/ln etc/codecs.conf (from MPlayer source tree) to ~/.mplayer/codecs.conf)

I try edit codecs.conf by mencoder want, but then mplayer doesn't work.


this is information what you want.

libavcodec is from the same date.
my Linux distrubution is Debian unstable.
