[MPlayer-users] converting to submp subtiles

There is some good OCR software specifically written for the purpose of
ripping DVD subtitles to text. I used Subrip and Subripper and recommend
the first as better handling the OCR jov, and the second as reacher when
it comes to different operations (translation between different subtitle
formats, adjusting fps, subtitle length, cutting and offseting
subtitles).

But the work on Windows and I don't even know if they will work in WINE.
