[MPlayer-users] wmv open error?

MPlayer working great, but just got a .wmv file
and when I attempt to open I get

Can't find codec matching selected -vo and video format 0x31564D57 !

I am runnning the latest version of MPlayer for Linux on SuSE 8 Pro.

I did some reading on the codecs etc but got lost... I want to make
sure I am not going to crap out the other codecs by fooling around with
this one. Anyone give me an idea on what steps to take?
