[MPlayer-users] xv & sdl = blue

I had this problem when I used overlay on a laptop, on the second monitor.
(it was in nvidia driver's readme, though).

If I remember correctly, the fix was to start X with the second monitor
already connected... but I think it's really driver/video card dependant.
