I think you hve old style video devices.

You probably have :
/dev/video (directory)
/dev/video/video0, video1 and so one ...
so try adding :device=/dev/video/video0.

if this reports file not found issue :
cd /dev
find . -name video0.
this is the device commonly used by TV drivers.
