Well I'd like the build system to offer to cvs co libavcodec if I won't get
damned to hell for doing it, I'll do it.  That'll solve one pain as well as
educate.

I'll add a target which is one of the libvacodec source files and the recipe
will be as above?  Am I smiled on?
