[MPlayer-users] Compiling on cygwin

This isn't obvious...
But :
1/ not in the docs (or I need glasses for Christmas
:))
2/ the file shows that a #include <sys/types.h>
and 4 typedefs (if they really are needed) are the
solution.
this could easily be done via a #if/#ifdef generated
by configure.
