the only possible fix would be disabling cache automatically

read formats.html about what -ni means...
it's like you have 2 files (appended to one) containing audio and video, but
cdroms don't like concurrent reading of 2 files you know

so that cd is crap, fix interleaving with mencoder and re-burn it...
or copy to hdd everytime you watch it
