[MPlayer-users] testing GUI with cygwin

In order to test GUI compile & use under cygwin,

I must download source of gtk since they didn't make a
package.

My problem : I'm behind a proxy and RTFWWW through
several mirrors didn't give me a http link.
Could someone give me a clue ?
