[MPlayer-users] PATCH: Updated vo_directfb for DirectFB 0.9.9

Hi,

make diff -u patches, send them to -dev-eng lists (RTFM patches.txt)
and, the most important: make it work on both old and 0.9.9 version of
directfb (maybe using #ifdef lines depending on dfb version)
