 I am seeing curious results with 3dfx and tdfx drivers,
( i am not physically at the machine, so this are just numbers )
basically, using -vo 3dfx and -vo tdfx machine is unable to play even
small videos (100%cpu utilisations, 'your machine is too slow' messages
etc), while using -vo x11 same video plays smoothly and with 20%cpu
utilisation.

anyone knows what's causing this? or should I prepare some bugreport?
but bug against what?

(with -vo x11 i see message 'Direct rendering enabled', so this is not
THAT surprising, but still ...)
