[MPlayer-users] dvd playback

maybe I should also say: mplayer v 60.
and: if I play other file types such as avi, mpeg, asf
the audio doesn t get out of sync.
 Tried with oss and alsa5... no difference... seems to
me that the dvd unit
(/dev/hdc with a slink to /dev/dvd)) is read too
slowly

Avi files are played back perfectly!
