[MPlayer-users] -divx4opts?

It may be a dumb question, but I searched through the documentation and
haven't find a clue. I am used to encode 3-pass with mencoder, but I
have recently had a disk crash and had to reinstall everything from
scratch. I've got Mplayer CVS from yesterday and I compiled with
everything I have: libcss, libdvdread, libavcodec, divx4linux, dxr3, and
so on.

But then I have tried to use mencoder with the usual -divx4opts and it
said that mplayer does not have this option. What happened? Did I miss
something? What do I have to have so that mencoder could have -divx4opts
?

As a side note, I know about bugreports.html, but this is not something
like a coredump or the likes, and I had noticed this fact this morning,
when I tried to encode a movie at home (and let mplayer do it for the
rest of the day). Now I am at work and I can't be accurate. I can be
more specific at night when I return home. But I thought maybe it is
something simple I just don't know.

TIA, and sorry for the lame question in advance too =)
