[MPlayer-users] single pass encoding with frameno.avi

i use the -ovc frameno jobby to get a decent estimate of the bitrate i 
want to use, but then i am right in thinking that i can only use the audio 
i spent that 50minutes encoding if i do a two pass encode? is there no way 
to use it on a single pass encode? it'd be nice for -audiofile to be able 
to use it.

also it's really annoying having to have a frameno.avi file. couldn't it 
use a file name based on the final filename? like moulin_rouge-frameno.avi 
if -o moulin_rouge.avi is specified? i know  the docs say to remove that 
file, but it's a right bugger remembering all the time!
