Somebody please update the section about license on the page

It says 

"Distributing MPlayer in the form of binaries and/or binary
packages is currently impossible, speaking about both technical and law
areas."

May be changed to:

"Distributing MPlayer in the form of binaries and/or binary
packages is currently allowed under the GPL. Please consult the download
page ......"
