this is true... in theory
anywya recently sone hungarian user reported that it DOES WORK, if he append
avi files (ccat 1.avi 2.avi > 12.avi) and then uses -forceidx  on 12.avi

it may work, if 1.avi is NOT broken.

anyway multiple files support (even appending avi to mpeg :)) will be
supported after the 0.90 release, it's on my TODO
