1. please better subjects... everyone knows that this mail will deal
with mplayer ;-)

2. what did you do with your libraries? maybe you deleted moved the sdl
ones? did you try reinstall mplayer? i mean doing
configure+make+make_install again?

3. and as others said, send that gdb output.
