Hi,

the command
mencoder -oac copy -ovc copy -o out.avi -ss 3000 in.avi

does not work as expected. I used it to generate the second part of
a two-CDROM-splitted movie. The video in the outfile is all right but
the audio is the beginning of the movie, i.e. the first 3000 seconds
are skipped for video but not for audio.
The codecs used in the source file are MPEG4 and MP3 audio encoded
using mencoder (libavcodec and lame respectively). The source file
is playable perfectly, just too large to fit on one CDROM.

Tested versions:
- HEAD from CVS as of 200211042300
- MPlayer-0.90pre9 from MPlayerHQ download page

Compiled using gcc version 2.95.3 20010315 (release) on Sorcerer GNU
Linux. MPlayer CVS version (not encoder) by the way crashes on this
platform with a segfault right upon start with xv and SDL output
drivers (at least). Did not investigate much, but can do so upon
request.

But still, thank you guys very much for such a great package mplayer is!
IMHO nothing compares to it!
