that's ok, but libmad is a mp3 decoder, not an encoder..
to be able to use mp3lame, you don't need libmad, you need libmp3lame
if you have libmad, the compile will detect it, and
if you want, you can use it to play the mp3audio in a movie
(with "-afm libmad")
asfarasiknow the advantage of libmad is that it's implemented in
integer math, so it's suitable for computers without a floating point
math unit (zaurus?)
