Hi!

I am not a lawyer btw, but I don't think gpl allows that.
For example libqt is gpl, so if you want to make proprietary or non-gpl 
software with it, you have to buy it. If you could make public domain
stuff, than my mother makes a pd hello world with gpl libqt, and than
I enhance it to kde3000, and than start selling it, as the hello world
was public domain so I can sell it if I want.
Correct me please if I am wrong, of course.
