[MPlayer-users] static noise with recognizable background

Hello all

I just got a Roger Waters Concert DVD (region 1). The 30 minute flick
with how the band prepaired for the tour plays fine (-dvd 2) but when I
try to play the concert (-dvd 1) I get loud static noise. Picture is
OK, and in the background I can hear traces of the music though it is
quite distorted. No error messages, picture is fine. I also tried
other players, they could not do much with it either. Xine complained
about CSS, so I instaled and recompiled (and messed around with
options), no luck.

Anybody has a clue? (if you need more info, let me know until then...
se below)

thx

Levi

'config.h' and 'config.mak' contain your configuration options.
Note: If you alter theses files (for instance CFLAGS) MPlayer may no
longer
compile *** DO NOT REPORT BUGS if you tweak these files ***

'make' will now compile MPlayer and 'make install' will install it.
Note: On non-Linux systems you might need to use 'gmake' instead of
'make'.

Check configure.log if you wonder why an autodetection failed (check
whether the
development headers/packages are installed).

If you suspect a bug, please read DOCS/bugreports.html.
