I'd vote against that. Movie encoding is a really complex topic, and
creating good-looking (and sounding, of course) movies is not as easy
as "mencoder --movie-quality verygood --filesize bloodysmall". Without
such preset options beginners are forced to actually spend time working
out what does what, and why the results they are getting look the way
they do.
