I've just managed to provoke the follow 300 million errors...

by zooming in far too much on a film i just encoded. 10 e's and the screen
went completely black, with those error messages being left behind until i
killed mplayer.
first 5 mb of the file is at http://thirtythreeandathird.net/film.avi
as the film is 480x198 by the time you are zoomed in all the way the osd
box can not fit on the screen, presumably it is calculated to have a
negative width or something similar. i guess i should be able to
understand the parameters that the error is giving... that's zero width?
