sorry
in parallel with you we discussed this if(x>0) on cvslog, and i got teh idea
of maybe missing emms() call. tried and it is the right fix, my previous
"fix" of if(x>0) -> if(x>0.001) i mentioned above just hide the bug for
me but didn't fixed...

imho dv supports various rates
see demux_rawdv.c, the rate value comes from libdv's header parser
