it's on my 27863725478 lines long shortened TODO already...

anyway -pass works with all encoder, but it uses divx4's vbr control code
which performs much worse than xvid's or lavc's bulit-in 2pass code.

and htere will be new divx4 version soon, with builtin vbr functionality, so
we'll drop that anyway.
